John Kelly

Company Director
Certified Financial Planner

John commenced his carrer in the financial services industry in 1984 and over his years held has held varied roles from bank teller through to Area Commercial & Agribusiness manager before he commenced Financial Planning in 1999.

Since leaving the bank, he has established a very successful financial practice before joining a larger accounting/financial planning firm as a partner but decided to return to self-emploment to deliver more personalised service and advice. John works in the best interests of his clients and believes in helping them build the complete program they need to increase their wealth potential. Areas of expertise include but as not limited to: retirement planning, tax minimisation strategies, succession planning, superannuation, risk insurance and estate planning needs.

In John’s spare time, you will find him enjoying the occassional game of golf or fishing but mostly, spending time with his four adult children or his large extended family and friends.

Robert Morris

Certified Financial Planner

Robert Morris is the founder of Premier Financial Plamning & Investment Services with over 25 years experience in the industry.

Robert completed his diploma of Financial Planning and became fully certified by the Australian Financial Planning Association (FPA) in April 2000. Since then, Robert has continued with the ongoing training requirements of the FPA to maintain his Certified Financial Planner status. Robert assists clients with Financial Planning Planning, Retirement Planning and Investment Advice.

When Rob isn’t at the office you will find him playing with his grandchildren Lenny, Piper and Logan, beating Troy in super coach or spending time with his mates on the bowling green.

Troy Bartlett

Company Director
Financial Planner

Troy is a Deniliquin local who embarked on a career in financial planning in July 2013. Troy has an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and became a qualified Financial Planner in April 2014. Troy assists his clients to build a comprehensive program to make the most of their earning potential during their working years, as well as helping them with their retirement planning, superannuation, risk insurance and estate planning needs. He achieves this by striving to provide quality advice, personalised service and practical ideas to deliver superior solutions.

When Troy isn’t supporting his clients you will find him enjoying time with his kids at sporting events and after school activities, and in the summer you’ll find him spending time on the river.

Sue Morris

Office Manager

Our office runs under the management of Sue Morris. Sue has a Certificate 3 in Business Administration and has previously worked as a legal secretary. Sue spends her days preparing plans, accounts, book keeping, managing the payroll, and beating everyone in the office in the Herald Sun quiz.

Sue loves to spend her spare time with family, especially with her gorgeous grandchildren Lenny, Piper and Logan watching them explore and learn everything about the world.

Katie Arandt

Financial Planning Assistant 

Katie has been working as a financial planning assistant at Premier since March 2022. Originally from Hay NSW, Katie graduated High School in 2020 and has worn many hats before settling into her role at Premier.

In July 2023, Katie commenced studying towards a Bachelor of Business majoring in financial planning, with the hopes to become a planner one day under the guidance of Rob and Troy.

In her spare time, you will find Katie travelling the countryside and world any chance she can, spending time with friends, family and her partner Reece.
